good to know. always found the stuff from whole foods to be cleaner than the mexican places. but, it's hit or miss whether they will have it or not.

Scallion's has them a lot. A whole belly is usually about $35. Not sure the per lb price.

Think they are usually 10 to 12 pounds.

Rouses in Denham has them. No one seems to have them all of the time though. Give anywhere a call.

Yep, Costco has it pretty regularly. I want to get it in place of bacon, but I don't really want to buy such a huge pack
