A decade of Carl Franks and Ted Roof followed by a long attempt at getting Karl Dorrell before he hired Cutcliffe. Took until 2012 for Cutcliffe to turn it around, four years after Alleva was gone. Why? Because the program was completely neglected under his watch. Had some of the worst resources and facilities in D-1.
