Pulisic is simply not part of their first team plans this year (no slight to him). What's hard to understand about that?

It's fairly rare for an 18 year old to be a first team player anywhere. When it happens it is notable, but it doesn't happen very often.

Emre Mor and Dembele both play similar position as Pulisic. You're quite wrong to assume that they'll immediately be ahead of him. Especially Mor. He's at the bottom of the totem pole.
