I've done some calculations to see how Dugas is doing compared to the league he's in. I have an incomplete OPS+ calculation done. I haven't adjusted it for park factors. But the unadjusted OPS+ for Dugas is 139. That means he's 39% better than the average Prospect League player.
I did some Park Factor calculations for the 2017 Prospect League season, and Danville was the second most pitcher friendly park in the league. A three or five year Park Factor calculation would be much better than a single year, but it's still something.
Summary: It looks like Dugas is way outperforming his peers in a park that makes it very difficult to do so.
