I posed this question in the poli board the other day.The real question is why are foreigners from so called "ghettos" aka poor areas not as violent and/or likely to end up in prison? Plenty of poor people on earth are hard working, honest, and just looking to move up in life even the africans who come over from africa are very hard working polite people. The poor inner city residents you are referring to are a different breed of human being altogether. I dont know any honest, hard working people who want to kill cops or blame others for their downfalls.
You cant judge people till you've walked a mile in their shoes but plenty of other races have emerged from poverty and strife to achieve success. The african americans you reference prefer to live off the government and blame others for their shortcomings.
