Their ice coffee is worse. Ordering it with no flavor or milk added, just normal black iced coffee, is unreal. It's gross.

I have a friend that works in the corporate office, and he fully admits that it is terrible.

They got new coffee a couple years ago and it is somehow worse than the old stuff. McDs can do decent coffee but CFA can not, I don't get it
