Is DeAngelo Williams still worth a stash spot on my roster ROS?

ROS, in standard scoring league...Is DeAngelo Williams worth a roster sport for a stash rest of the season? If Bell goes down, then he would be RB1 option. Hate to drop him and have someone else grab him up.

QB's - Carson Palmer and Jameis Winston
RB's - Zeke Elliot, Matt Jones, Jeremy Hill, and D. Williams
Wr's - O. Beckham, R. Cobb, E. Sanders, W. Fuller, S. Coates
TE - Greg Olsen
K's - J. Tucker and C. Cantanzaro
DST - Eagles

If you dont want to keep him the only legitimate option is trading with the bell owner. If he says no you pretty much have to keep him.

Well, in our league, there is sneaky points there and after the bye week, I might drop one. Our league also has a separate pay out for playoffs as well. I am hope that either the Ravens or Cardinals will make it.
