Before I agree or get mad, can I get what the official age range (or birth years) is to classify you as a Millennials?

I classify Millennials as the group that recently started wearing like neon tank tops with big words on them and some cheap wayfarers that are some bright color. Lotta bro.. in the language. Pretty much that group and younger.
