I just purchased my first Jeep. Mine was already pretty souped up when I bought it but the aftermarket for them is ridiculous and I had no idea. I guarantee I'm going to needlessly dump thousands of dollars into that thing. Do I need a dual Marine battery system in my Jeep? Will I ever use a snorkel kit? Are armored fenders necessary? No, no and nope. But I'm fricking getting them.

You aren't alone. You guys are like Harley riders. Always seeking the next upgrade in needless gear.

But hey, if you enjoy it, go for it. The jeep club here meets once a month at a restaurant kinda near me and they all have a great time together. Better than the MMA crowd by leaps and bounds.

Yup, did that with mine in college.

Now my dad has it and has undone everything I did to it. Even put carpet back in it. :can't:
