grand isle surf fishing

i haven't been surf fishing in years. anyone can help me out and tell me any good spots that my wife and i can go surf fishing in grand isle this week? thanks

I'd fish the rock jetties. They are between Artie's and the state park. They are real close in behind Artie's and get deeper the further you go towards the park. I mostly fish right in the middle of those two because of the camp location but I've had to drive up and down the beach to find better water sometimes.
Saturday afternoon we are going to have a live band out on the beach for our Stouts and Trouts fishing/bottle share event. Anyone can stop by and enjoy the party.
