a schedule including 7 Top 25 teams including 4 in the Top 10 and having to play the two best teams in the nation (#1 & #2)from a year ago who played in the national championship in UGA and Bama plus #8 Miami to start the season and AU on the rode where it's almost impossible to beat them and 9-3 is something to be damn proud of.

LSU played 5 teams that finished the season ranked in the top 25. They went 2-3.

Who gives a shite about preseason rankings in December?

If they did anything to bolster your shitty opinion you'd post them in every thread.

So you're admitting the only reason preseason rankings are used is to bolster people's opinion?

Interesting.

Oh yea, definitely on the defense. Refresh my memory on our first play from scrimmage.

“They went 2-3”

The sobering thought about that is two of those losses went to first year coaches who are behind LSU in establishing their programs.

I see warning flags waving in the wind in regard to any hopes we have for closing the distance to Bama or maintaining our place in the West picking order.

There’s always hope for next year.

I agree. Jimbo is going to have aTm playing good football in a year or two. Also, Dan Mullen has done about as well as anyone calling plays against Aranda.

Can agree with everything you said. This season was a pleasant surprise and anybody that doesn’t at least say that is completely full of it and just either crying for a reaction or some of the same fans that wanted Saban gone and just aren’t very smart
