No it isn’t. At all. What section of code do you think that violates? How do you think this constitutes fraud? First of all, property tax is a state tax issue, so you won’t get to federal returns this way. Second of all, do you think trump unilaterally sets the value and let’s the tax assessor know? That is insane. Do you have any idea how ridiculous you sound?

I never said he was guilty only that it was a bad day for him. Must really suxx to be so butt hurt as to melt that hard over such a general statement. Of course we all know you've always immediately melted every time DT is cast in a negative light (hint: get use to it).

Cohen produced documents that Trump submitted to Deutsche bank for a loan. Trump Valued the property at 291 million dollars on the loan documents in 2012 in 2016 he valued the same property at 25-50 million....Bank fraud
