Wrong. It's both. Anytime you use a CC for a purchase you have the option to process a chargeback.

I get that it is both, but to call this a simple CC dispute is idiotic. My point was not to be a dick to the guy, but to point out that this isn't a matter of some crackhead charging on your CC and disputing it. Airbnb, and the host all have policies so if one of those three policies have their asses covered then our poster will have a hard time disputing.

Not true. You have to have a valid reason. You can't just do it "anytime you use a CC for a purchase".
