Yea no shite. I would have asked if she wanted to take a pic with me?
Delta needs a hug and an 8ball. On my way!
If she had asked to take a pic nicely i would have put my food down and had her take one.
Shoving the camera in my personal space and just taking it and walking off is rude as shite

Have you been to anywhere in Asia. The concept of personal space doesn't exist. They don't live the same way we do. You're used to the American way and interpret their behavior as something that it isn't.
There's a difference between jostling for space on a train platform or a crowded sidewalk and shoving in front of someone while they take a photo or trying to force your way in line at a gift shop counter.

You are clearly unaware of the return of Polaroid and other insta cameras.
Dual functionality is cool.

I've spent more time in France than I cared to, French are assholes.
However it does make curious as to what you look like. Most people eating a hamburger usually aren't picture worthy.

I’ve been to mexico, Canada, and all over the US from the west coast to the east coast. Never overseas though and very little desire to go there either. This country exists for the sole purpose of getting away from those assholes in Europe
Looks like she wanted to get a picture of a typical fatass American redneck in his natural habitat stuffing his face with American food.

The op is a bitch ,but American tourists are no where near the worst. The Chinese are by far the worst.
As a whole I agree. However there are enough individual rude Americans to make them noticeable. And by rude I’m talking about the people who expect to find all the amenities of home when traveling abroad. They expect foreign nations/cultures to adapt to them while they are traveling rather than enjoy the experience of being somewhere different with different customs and new things to learn.
The “ugly American” is real. And those are the ones who are encounter rude people when traveling. As for me, i always find the local people to be just fine. Mostly friendly and at least tolerant. It’s the old saying. When you meet an a-hole, he’s an a-hole. When everywhere you go you meet assholes, you are probably the a-hole.
