People dont like blind links...who knows where some internet guy is sending someone who could be on a work computer and is fully liable for which sites they browse.
It also take 2 seconds to copy and paste in the OP with the link to provide as an additional source for anyone who wants to question the information.
Also while Thursday is noteworthy, Friday is the best injury report snapshot to use for the week. It excludes all maintenance days.
