I was shocked last weekend to learn that Costco discontinued their take home pizzas, so I went to their frozen section and got the three pack of Digiornio pepporni pizzas. TOO MUCH bread, they were so thick and dry, so do not recommend. I concur with the walmart take home pizzas being tasty.

This used to be my favorite, but I haven't seen it in stores for awhile now:

Dat butter crust.

ETA: Just found out Aldi carries it and there's one less than a mile from my house.

All frozen pizzas that try to mimic "real" pizza suck, so if I'm eating a frozen pizza it's usually just a Totino's combination.

I like the DiGiorno Pizzeria ones best, but wife and kids like the Frescetta Brick Oven ones so that's what we usually get.

I also really like the Home Run Inn ones, but they all HATE the crust on them so I only get those when it's just me.

agree with this. at the very worst, I can go get a Little Caesars pizza for the money and wait time as a frozen pizza. Even with as bad as LC pizzas are, they are better than any frozen pizza.

That said, I do agree with the person who mentioned the Wal Mart pizzas. They are pretty good and are huge (16-18" I think). The costco take home pizzas are good as well, and I had no clue they discontinued them like someone else mentioned.

Digiornio has always had this weird taste to me that I can't stand.

I mean, if I have to get in the car there are a handful of places I'd go to for pizza before I'd go to LC. Frozen pizzas are something we buy a couple of when they're buy one, get one free at Publix, throw them in the deep freezer in the garage, and have when we've had a busy, taxing day and don't feel like cooking anything or going out anywhere. That's like maybe once every month or two.

I too like the DiGiorno thin crust pepperoni pizzas...they're smaller than the usual boxed pies, and the spinach version is decent as well. Crunchy crust rather than bready, lower calorie than most of the boxed pizzas.

Maybe not the best but not bad for $2.50. Only problem is that I’ve only found Jack’s at WalMart.

Was going to post Jack's. I'm not sure how easy it is to find outside of the Midwest, but I usually have a couple stashed in my freezer.

In fact, I might pop one in the oven when I get home.

100% agree. Totinos isn't even pizza, but instead its own delicious food item.
