Maybe in reading it wrong but those numbers don’t seem awful considering the expansion of testing

The real number can only be determined when “everyone” has been tested. The more test that are done will simply show more cases.

Accounting for those that are asymptomatic, we're probably at 50,000 right now.

The 4 deaths since last update are 50 yo Orleans Parish, 83 yo Orleans Parish, 90 yo Orleans Parish, and 77 yo Jefferson parish residents.

763 cases, 20 DOA, 3300 test done, 35 parishes out of 64 have at least one case.

Im not sure why they would need to recheck those numbers. They are inline with what has been expected

Well we went from 537 to 585 to 763. It's a large jump, expected or not. Guess they wanted to just be 100%
