Most stats I have seen, actually Asians are rewarded the most, not whites. If I had a real bias, I would probably be more inclined to hire Latinos for many jobs. I'm white.
If I hire construction contractors, and see a group of white and black guys... I'm like shite, where the hell are the Latinos.

my company recruits that way on the downlow...apparently, they understand its wrong to do, but don't know how to "only hire" minorities and LGBT folks....because there just are not many in that box that are qualified for more than coffee barista or fry cook.

I worked for a large company that did this. Hired unqualified diverse workers in corporate positions. Within 6 months they were on performance plans and then laid off. This does not work

I saw a video about why they think going to voting booths is racists.

So now corps need to be 50% in placements for management , cool . One question is where the frick are they going to get the qualifying personnel since at best they are 15 percent of population . What about the Latinos management ? There is actually more Latinos in US than blacks .
