If you circumvent Texas election law, you DO NOT GET TO COUNT ANY SUCH VOTES... Why would this even be a question.

In fact, why in the hell are so many leftists attempting to change election law two months prior to the election following four years of attempted coup by like minded partisans in attacks on the USA?
