That is not how it works. "Experts" have already predicted and there has been some evidence it will weaken with mutation and slot itself into normal common cold.
It will only mutate to something stronger humans start playing with it in a lab again.

Not a DR. but this....
Diseases tend to mutate towards a less lethal form. Lethality only serves to kill the host quicker. From an evolutionary standpoint the virus is not served by becoming more deadly.
