What Caribbean Islands Are Open for U.S. Tourists?

Besides Mexico and the US territories (Puerto Rico and USVI's), are there any other islands in the Caribbean allowing U.S. tourists to visit? Looking to plan a last minute 4 day trip over NYE.
I've done some google searches but I can't tell how up to date some of the info I'm getting is, and some of it is conflicting from different sources.

Turks and Caicos.
We’re headed there Christmas Day - assuming we pass our Covid tests.
We were booked in the Beachhouse. They shut down because of Covid so they upgraded us to Ambergris Cay. Pretty dang pumped as this is a major upgrade.

I thought Ambergris Cay had shut down. It's a nice island but watch out for sharks if you're swimming on the Atlantic side. Also, enjoy the rock iguanas.

Aruba was open in September when I went. Haven’t checked to see if that changed

BVI opened up on December 1st.

Last I checked the Dominican Republic is open. They do not require a negative COVID test but they are randomly selecting people in the airport to test.

Yep. From what I can tell, there are only a few locations as of this point that are 'limited hassle' to get to from a requirement standpoint - Mexico, USVI, D.R., and Jamaica.
The other islands that are allowing tourists, such as Bahamas, Barbados, Aruba, Turks, Antigua, St. Kitts, Anguilla, BVI's, etc. have some fairly stringent requirements both pre-trip and during the trip (repeat testing, mandatory quarantine, etc.).
I think we'll end up heading to the USVI's or Mexico, again.

I went to Mexico over Labor Day weekend and again over Thanksgiving. I had a great trip both times. The flights are dirt cheap and resorts are practically begging tourists to come with low rates.

Just got back from 8 days in Jamaica. Was at an all inclusive and only left the resort one day, but it was fairly easy. Just needed a COVID test within 10 days of travel. Once at the resort masks were optional (I'd say maybe 10 percent wore them).

We were there over Thanksgiving as well. I loved it, less people around in general.

Aruba was open in November but you have to take covid test and submit results to them within 24-48 hours of getting on plane. We ended up cancelling bc I didnt want to risk all that money and most stuff be closed. The other couples went anyways and said it was pretty lax and everyone is super nice.

Scratch Caymans off the list.

A U.S. college student and her boyfriend have been sentenced to four months in prison in the Cayman Islands for violating strict COVID-19 measures following a recent ruling that will be appealed, their attorney said Thursday.

Mack, who is enrolled as a pre-med student at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, arrived in the Cayman Islands on Nov. 27 and was supposed to undergo a two-week quarantine as mandated by the government, which electronically tracks anyone who arrives in the British Caribbean territory. However, she broke quarantine on Nov. 29 when her boyfriend picked her up to attend a water sports event, Hughes said.
After their arrest, a judge ruled the couple had to provide 40 hours of community service and pay a $4,400 fine. In addition, Ramgeet was ordered to a two-month curfew that would start at 7 p.m. But the prosecution appealed, arguing the punishment was unduly lenient and would not deter other possible violators. A higher court decided in favor of prosecutors, ruling on Dec. 15 that the couple be imprisoned immediately.

We had a 72 hour window and they really didn’t care. I had a negative test but my fiancé results had not come back yet. I uploaded the document that I got when scheduling her test and they waived her through

Looks like it is Isla Mujeres over NYE. Pumped to be heading back to the island. According to Islaholics FB page everything seems to be open. A couple small spots closed down but that’s probably to be expected almost everywhere.
