I did it the last time I had to get tested, Dr said you can rotate Cologuard/Colonoscopy on the years recommended by age .

I told my family I'd hate to be the guy that had to open those for a job.

Mine was clear

This is true but you have to take a day off work, have a driver etc etc etc

Shitting in a box is more convenient.

Insurance and Dr's approve Cologuard also

Dr’s prefer colonoscopy. If they see a polyp they remove it and have a pathologist look at it. It’s just not worth it to miss colon cancer bc it inconveniences you for a day.

When it’s my time to be screened, I’ll be getting a colonoscopy.

If your Cologuard test returns positive, then the follow up colonoscopy becomes diagnostic and not a screening. This usually means the scope is much more expensive. Get a screening colonoscopy
