Question for the experts in this thread. Planning to gift a bottle of bourbon or whiskey to a business associate of mine who knows much more about this stuff than I do.
Any recommendations for something that would be appreciated by someone like that? Willing to spend up to $200.

You probably have really limited options this close to Christmas. Best bet would to go to the store and post the pic and hopefully someone can will see it quick and give you the best options on the shelf. Good chance that anything over $90 is not with the money unless it is a store pic

at $150 I'd go with one of the Bardstown that are now available in La.

If he likes Scotch, there are a ton of options that will actually be on the shelf.
If you don't know if they like scotch, stick to bourbon.
