That’s post has nothing to do with him saying they’ll have to issue shares to raise cash eventually. Christ.

The way this man talks does not impress me on first impression. He has no compunction about getting down in the mud with random Twitter posters. It isn't clear that the truth is important to him either.

They are doing a reverse split when he previously appears to imply that he would not. Rather than calmly and professionally explain why he thought it necessary and how it could be good he immediately seems inclined to sidestep his change of heart or half truth and attack people who feel mislead.

Even if this company is legit, this man's behavior is not what you prefer in a great investment.
