Man. That is awesome and so unluckily shitty at the same time. Hopefully the airborne car didn’t have any serious injuries or deaths b/c of a dumbass jacked up truck losing a wheel.

I think it just looks that way because the other two drivers hit the brakes and he just kept going at his normal speed.

Looks like he tried to get past it to not get stuck in the traffic. If he's like me, he was watching the idiot in the rear view and then saw him fly off the road. Smart thinking to get as far away from that nonsense as possible.
Edit: I've never seen anyone hit a mobile attenuator before. Those things are effective.
