Freddy is smooth as silk but the trail elbow at the top might not be something to model after

Louis Oosthuizen

Has several makeup moves in his swing you cant see, he makes it look effortless but its not idea.

I would say Van Rooyen

Fleetwood has the best move IMO

Best to copy HVIII, Appleby, Hoffman

Watch his super slow mo iron swings. That impact is amazing.

Recency Bias aside, Hideki’s swing has very few moving parts. He sets his wrists quickly and is all big muscles from there. No lateral slide, no big changes in his levels. The pause looks a little funny, but everything else is really simplistic

Oosthuizen was the one who immediately jumps to mind as one that is fairly imitable and repeatable.

The average Joe off the street has almost no chance of being able to replicate, for instance, Rory's torque, Justin Thomas' eye-hand coordination, or DJ's flexibility.

I said I wouldn’t recommend DJ because of what he does with his wrists. Seems like he the only guy that has that move.

Multiple players bow their wrists at the top of their backswings, off the top of my head I know Spieth and Morikawa both do. But DJ's is the most pronounced/famous.

The best swing to imitate or at least in most golf lessons I've had is Adam Scott. Simplest is Matt Kuchar's one plane swing. Just turn back and turn through.

Steve Stricker

I always thought Stricker's swing fit the bill. No crazy, athletic moves or club/body manipulation.

Finau has absurd club speed for how easy he appears to swing. Adam Scott is a popular answer in this debate online typically.
