1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tablespoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon course ground black pepper
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Fresh chopped parsley
Couple chopped garlic cloves
1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a bag or whatever and marinate the flank steak for 24 hours. This is enough marinade for two flank steaks.
When ready to cook, remove meat and pour marinade in a pot. Simmer for a little bit
Pat meat dry and grill roughly 7 minutes per side or longer if you like it cooked more.
Use reserved marinade as a sauce over the sliced meat. Use sparingly as its strong.
Enjoy
