If Trump was reinstated how long would he serve his term?

Purely hypothetical at this point. Would he merely just finish out the remainder of Biden’s term or would he get 4 years from that point on. I would think 4 years but that would definitely change up the election cycle.

There is zero path for this to happen. There is no section written into the laws that even have a path for a situation like this.

Even if the four states in question decertified their vote it would not result in Trump being "reinstated". There would have to basically be a re-vote.
