You say they missed your elevation by 10”. What are you talking about? Mallet did your shop pad? Hauled the dirt etc? I had that done desperate and they formed to the height I told them.

Does Mallet use their own crews, or do they farm it out?
If the installer gives a install quote by Sq Ft or building type and they are not employees of the Corporation ...They cut corners in light concrete and installation practices to increase their profit margin in a project ....Not a good way to do business.

No Mallett did not put the dirt pad. Pad was in the process of repair when the building was delivered because of torrential rain at that time. Mallett gave me a 1 hour notice on delivery. Mallett framer inspected the pad for readiness and stated it was level and good to proceed with framing. He lied to me.
