He’s a cancer, teams with cancer don’t usually win a whole lot. Pretty simple to figure out why the Browns did this.

I would be downright shocked if someone picked up that contract with a waiver claim. If he had enough value for that then some team would’ve avoided the entire waiver process and just sent something to Cleveland yesterday to make a trade happen and ensure he went there

Mayfield is worse than Kirk Cousins. He's a backup QB at best. Should continue to focus on commercials.

I was OBJ’s father’s academic coach at LSU. He was not “educated.” Indeed, he bitched and complained about the need for him to even get his books during his 1st semester.

If he was so talented, why does he drop everything that's thrown to him? For 75% of his routes, he never gets open or separation from DBs. He is on the decline and not worth the hassle or the money. Good riddance.

Mayfield beat Cousins head to head this year...at Minnesota!!! Mayfield has better or equal stats than Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson for their careers. Where does this nonsense come from? Baker Mayfield has a winning record in Cleveland. Before he got there, the Browns had went 1-40 over their last 41 games....1 win...1!!! He is doing fine in Cleveland.

"Employed" parents does not equal "educated" parents or a "tremendous upbringing". As another poster, who was a former advisor, mentioned above about his dad bitching & complaining about everything when he was in school versus how Shaq handled it. Odell gets his poor attitude from his dad/parents.
BTW, I don't know the details but I'm pretty sure his mother is no longer married to this corporate attorney, Derek Mills.
