Anyone think the possibility that she is a nanny and this is an inside job? She walks in and turns the buggy around and seems to wait for the robbers. Wonder what is in the backpack.

What I saw was her reversing the buggy to go up some stairs wheels first so she could navigate the stairs.

You jest but this is not far from the truth. Years ago a fellow at work was describing how he had been in a convenience store where some black youths entered the store and grabbed drinks, food, etc. and ran out of the store without paying.
A black coworker who was listening to this story opined that the youths were "just young" and just simply needed to grow up. This in a nutshell explains the whole problem. They blame the police, racism, youthfulness of offender but never, ever look in the mirror and hold themselves or their peers accountable.

He was lecturing folks complaining about crime in their cities, basically telling them to suck it up and that's the price you pay for being a city dweller. That he's been robbed several times and he just shrugs it off.
