ESPN - Activating League question

Will it notify all teams when I activate the league from last year? It doesn't seem like there is a option to remove teams before the activation so I am hoping it does not notify all teams.

You should be able to go into LM tools to do that.
Are you trying to replace an owner with a new owner or completely delete a team?

Replace owner with new. No options to delete either it seems.
There is a red exclamation to edit the # of teams and says you can change the # of teams after you are finished setting up your league.

Yeah, I just tried in a basketball league that hasn't been renewed yet...you can't do anything until you activate the league.
