Question for those that have used Sleeper before

I'm trying to figure Sleeper out since it's our first year. I currently don't have a kicker thinking I'd pick one up later. What I'm trying to figure out is will Sleeper allow me to drop someone from my bench and add a kicker that hasn't played yet Saturday/Sunday AM. I was talking to my commish and he said that if I risk it and Sleeper doesn't allow me to do that I'll get an auto L for not having a full roster. I understand where he's coming from, I'd just like to hold off on grabbing a kicker a little bit longer.
In our general settings they have the options:
1 - "Prevent bench players from being dropped after the game starts" - which we have as NO.
2 - "lock all free agent and waiver moves" - which is NO as well.
I'm hoping that since the above are both listed as NO I should be fine. I have a great team this season so I'd hate to get an auto L so I may not risk it and make the move today.
Thanks in advance

If you pick the kicker before kickoff, it's fine. You can pick him up 5 minutes before kickoff. You just select the kicker, then it will prompt you to boot someone off your team if your bench is full. Just make sure whoever you want to boot hasn't started a game that week yet.

That's what I thought. So say I want to wait and drop Bryan Edwards since he plays Monday night. I can drop Edwards and still grab any kicker that hasn't played, right?

If you wait till Monday night to pick up a kicker it's got to be a kicker that plays Monday night.

Thanks, I really appreciate your help.
Yeah , exactly. What I'll end up doing is making the swap Sunday morning then. I was just told that apparently, since both of those options above are "NO" I could really take advantage of that.
Ex- Dallas plays TB tonight. Pollard is on my waivers. I could pick him up now and if zeke looks great and stays healthy, I am able to drop pollard for someone else since he was on my bench.

On 2, that seems normal enough. What's not normal is allowing players to be dropped after the game starts.
To me, that is part of fantasy football. You make a decision before kickoff and you live with it. If you drop a guy and he blows up, he's on the waiver, good luck.
This year I'm trying the streaming kicker and defense thing.
