Yahoo fantasy settings help, when will waiver period start?

I usually have an offline draft and the moment the draft results are entered into the system, all of the undrafted players are free agents and can be drop/added freely without waiver claim until week 1 of the season starts.
However, this year we are drafting in week 2 of preseason and I would like to set it up to follow waiver claim rules for transactions during week 3 and 4 of the preseason.
I changed these settings to the settings seen in picture below
In this scenario, when will the waiver claims be processed?
24 hours after I enter the results? Or will the unowned players stay on waiver period all the way until after week 1 ends?

I think that means free agents lock on start of first game through Tuesday

When I enter the draft results, I want to know what happens to the free agent players.
Example. No one drafts Joe Blow. 3 days after the draft I want to drop a bench player and add joe blow. I wanna know if it’ll go as a waiver and when will the waiver process?
Will it process after weekend of week 1 regular season? Will it process 24 hours after I try to add joe blow, will it instantly add joe blow?

What I'm saying is that if your draft is on Sunday during preseason games, then the waiver list may be locked until after the games are played for the week

My goal is for no one to be able to add anyone until right around week 1

Can you draft and just lock the teams until then?

I want to avoid the guys with no life sniping all of the good adds through injuries that happen week 3 and 4 of preseason.

If that’s the case, you should be using FAAB for your free agents
How it works: they give you $100 for the season, and free agents are available for bid, there’s no waiver order or anything. Everyone from the top team, to the worst team gets a fair shot at any given player provided they have money left in their budget

If you don’t lock rosters, waivers start after the draft is complete on Yahoo and FA opens up 3 days after
You could do continuous waivers and pick a clear / processing date
