$200 for a bourbon/whiskey collection - what do you pick?

So inspired by today's Bourbon Junkies video, what would you choose if you were tasked to start a bourbon/whiskey collection with $200? After watching their video, I'd change up the rules slightly.
- You have to pick no fewer than 5 bottles
- All bottles must be 750ml or greater
- Everything must be at least semi-regularly available to you
- Use retail prices in your area. This is pretty subjective, but use your judgement here
- Go with price before tax since everywhere is different
Here are my picks:
1. Buffalo Trace ($25) - I can get it for $22, but most places have it for a few bucks more.
2. Wild Turkey Rare Breed ($50) - Really hard to beat this one.
3. Old Forester Rye ($30) - My favorite whiskey to make an Old Fashioned with, and still great to drink neat.
4. Old Forester 1910 ($55) - Love this bottle. Thought about Woodford Reserve Double Oaked at a similar price point, but I think I like this one better.
5. Elijah Craig Small Batch ($25) - This is still a really nice daily drinker.
These 5 bottles come in at $185. I could have gone with something else a little pricier than the EC or BT, but I think this would be a great starter bourbon collection.

Old Grandad 114 - $29
Devils River Barrel Strength 115 - $33
Wheel Horse 101 Sour Mas - $33
Chattanooga 111 cask - $40
Rebel Cask Strength 120 proof - $60
Might swap out one of the cheaper ones for Johnny Drum at $33. Plenty of good choices.

Can't find Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, or Sazerac on the shelves here, which sucks.
Actual prices from the local liquor store...
Woodford Double Oaked - $55
Old Forester Rye - $24
Chattanooga 111 - $45
Laphroaig 10-Year Single Malt - $59
Evan Williams BiB - $17
Exactly $200 before tax. (well, 5 cents less thanks to rounding...)

8 handles of Evan Williams black @ $183.60 ($22.95 * 8) + sales tax = $198.29.

Total $195 (these are Total Wine prices, you can do better)

I guess you could argue over what "semi-regularly" means, but I wouldn't say these available at retail often enough to qualify for this exercise.
I picked up a bottle of Early Times BiB at Total Wine in BR a couple weeks ago. First time I've ever seen it here. Not sure if it will become a regular thing or not.

Buffalo Trace - $25
Michter's American - $45
Monkey Shoulder - $30
Redbreast 12 - $63
Four Roses Single Barrel - $38
I'm $1 over, but I think this is a pretty balanced collection.

I was on the fence about Eagle Rare, initially I had Buffalo Trace because of the “rarity” of Eagle Rare, but saw that Toof went with Eagle Rare so I followed suit. I can still pretty much get it when if I need it, but it’s not super common. It’s not as scarce as EH Taylor or even Blanton’s, which is kinda where I’d draw the line on availability.

Just leaving Savannah. Eagle Rare everywhere. It's scarce as hell in NELA
