Andouille recipe

Anyone have a good andouille recipe. I have been making my own deer and pork sausage, summer sausage, and andouille for about 6 years now. I haven’t perfected it yet, bought a new pellet smoker so it will be a lot easier this year for me to smoke. I have a basic cajun sausage recipe I use for fresh pork sausage as well as andouille but was looking for something more traditional.

I've used the recipe on the linked spreadsheet before. Here's a link to the forum where it's posted if that looks to suspect. LINK The guy uses the KISS method on his recipes. I've used a few and all have been pretty good. His brat recipe is kind of meh but everybody i fed it to enjoyed it.
