Is this something you've had before, or just something you found on the interweb? ... because I've never seen or heard of it, and the website you linked looks like it's from 1998.
Kenner, LA isn't exactly "Cajun Country," either.

I love that sauce. I buy it in New Orleans or at Calvin's in BR. It's possible Rouse's in Laffy has it, but I can't recall if I've bought it there.

Calvin's usually has it in the meat case

I buy it at Calvin's, it's good for store bought, or if you do not feel like making a better fresh batch at home.
But, Hawk's Nest remoulade sauce(if you live in BR) & Mandina's(NO) pink sauces are much better..Bighead at Hawk's Nest sells it ala carte if you like.

If you're co-signing on it, I might try it one day, Ms. Gris.
They really need to update their website to at least look like it's from this millennium though.

We used to get it at Kenney's Seafood in Slidell. Love it on crab cakes. Hope to get to Houma over Independence Day weekend and was wondering if I could find it along the way.

I've never looked at the website. It's a good sauce for jarred. I'm not much of a jarred sauce fan, but I buy this one. It doesn't have a long shelf life.

Lol, click on the OP's link ... it's their website. It looks like the never bothered to update it because Y2K was coming.

I don't care if the website is rustic, primitive, archaic, etc. I'm not asking to purchase the website. FTR, there customer service is no better than their website.
That said, I really like the sauce and can't find it here in Katy. I was hoping someone might know if anyone along the US90 Laffy-to-Houma corridor sells it. If you know, please tell - that would be helpful and much appreciated.

I emailed them years ago about where to purchase some and got a response. Have you tried that? Or called them?

Yep - but I didn't get a response. I'll try again and let the board know.

They may not answer on weekends, but I don't know. Wish I could help more, but I haven't bought it on your route. The only places I've seen it are at locally owned groceries.

Wayne e-mailed me back. It's apparently sold at Kathy's Korner in Sealy, TX ('bout 25 miles west on I-10 from Katy). I can deal with that.

Bumping this Thread. Is Schexnayder's Hurricane Sauce still sold. The website is no longer good.

It was a dipping sauce similar to Cane's in look, but not in taste so much.
