Any reviews on The Bullfish Bar and Kitchen?

Saw a commercial advertising for it in Baton Rouge. They are a Caribbean-Louisiana fusion restaurant, and call themselves "Caribiana."
The commercial was kind of confusing because they showcased two of their dishes, which was a grilled steak and grilled mahi mahi. Both were being cooked in a sautée pan as the owner kept calling them grilled.
Looked them up on Yelp and there isn't much. 5 reviews but 4 are good. The sample menu didn't look very good or "Caribiana."
Anyone here been? Thoughts?

The food is decent. Ive been once but probably won't be returning unless my parents want to treat again. I had the pork sandwich with plantains on it. Not bad but didn't leave me want it again either.

They changed their menu like 2 months after opening and it is very pricey. They do have a decent happy hour like 430-630 I think

they couldn't have picked a worse location

Nothing lasts there.
It might be a decent place for a bar, like another Happy's or something college kids could hang out at.

I'd like to try it but they aren't open for lunch, which the only time I can generally make it that way. I agree the prices seem a bit high for a college area. At least when I was in college, it was a special night for me to plop $20 on an entree.

I think someone needs to open a daiquiri place there. Somewhere that people would get drinks to go. Throw in a few decent beers on tap with growlers.

Dined there for the 1st time.
I had the bone-in pork chop & wife had mahi mahi.
They were both excellent.
Very nice renovation of the interior w/ a number of large screens.
I'll definitely return.
