check that date again. Is it an expiration date or a best by/ use by date?

Is the bottle unopened or was it previously used?

What's the alcohol content?

If no mold floating around in it, IT will be ok, maybe a little vinegary. Taste a quarter teaspoon of it. If you don't spit it out, I suspect it will be good.

I don't use the "cooking wine", so I'd be cautious about the flavor of it. I use the real Marsala wine and I wouldn't be concerned about that. I'd just smell and taste it.

It’s 100% fine. Assuming no bugs got in it. 99% then.
