Anybody know how long cooking marsala lasts unopened after the expiration date?

I have some chicken breasts in the fridge that i need to use and was going through the pantry. I have a bottle of marsala cooking wine that expired almost exactly a year ago. Ya'll think it's safe to use?

Is the bottle unopened or was it previously used?
What's the alcohol content?

As said, taste it. It’s a wine. If only a year it’s probably fine.

If no mold floating around in it, IT will be ok, maybe a little vinegary. Taste a quarter teaspoon of it. If you don't spit it out, I suspect it will be good.

I don't use the "cooking wine", so I'd be cautious about the flavor of it. I use the real Marsala wine and I wouldn't be concerned about that. I'd just smell and taste it.

It’s 100% fine. Assuming no bugs got in it. 99% then.
