Anyone find Jersey Mike's overrated?

I'll get the club and find myself just wanting to eat the toppings. The meat and bread is tasteless. At least at Subway I can add honey mustard, bbq sauce and all the veggies and get it toasted. Jersey Mikes: 5/10. Subway 7/10

I’ve never had it and don’t have one close to me. Everyone on this board claims that it’s amazing.

I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s, but the fact that you would rate Subway as a 7/10 makes your opinion on any other sandwich invalid to me.

I enjoy it. I also like firehouse and to a certain extent Jimmy Johns. I d not like subway.

Jersey Mike's chicken philly is the way to go. Schlotzsky's is the best chain sandwich shop imo though

We get it sometimes for work meetings and I like it a hell of a lot more than Subway.
Seems like much better ingredients, more meat, and the cookies are great.

The average rating for Jersey Mike's in my area is 3.5 and I do not think that is overly generous.

The meat at Subway is pretty bottom of the barrel
I've only been to Jersey Mike's once so can't really offer a fair comparison
I refuse to ever eat at Subway again though

Just the opposite... at least around here, the Jersey Mikes is one of the only ones worth eating. That and Lenny's. Everything else... Subway, Jimmy Johns, Firehouse, McAlister's... all worse than Jersey Mikes and Lenny's. Subway is at the very very very bottom.
For me, Jersey Mikes.... 9/10, Lenny's, 8.5/10, Firehouse and Jimmy John's... 7/10 and Subway 1/10.

It's better than Subway, but it's a sub; it's not going to change your life, but it's solid for what it is.

This, main complaint about Jersey Mikes is it’s pricey and most of the cold cuts look the same. But it’s pretty easy to find better subs in local Italian deli spots.
