I’ve been on kind of a Korean food kick and really enjoy Korean bbq and fried rice dinner.
Anyone have a good recipe or even recommend a great jarred sauce?

Which sauce?

Mother in law brand is decent and readily available. Or just go to an Asian grocer and grab whatever they have. But if you are looking to make some from scratch sauces David Chang has a lot of good ones.

I did a pretty simple sauce last night that turned out great on my baby back ribs. Soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, chili sauce, and a little bit of brown sugar. Reduced it down to make it more "sticky" for applying to the ribs. I put some finely diced shallots, ginger and garlic into the sauce pan first and let cook down for a little bit

I have made the following multiple times and always a hit. It is really a Galbi recipe (marinated short ribs) but I have been cutting chunks of Boston butt, marinating, and grilling for parties. I never have any left.

Green Onion (1 bunch)
Kiwi (micro planed or grated)
1c Stock
1c Soy Sauce
1c Brown Sugar
1/4c Mirin
1/4c Rice Wine, soju, or vodka
2Tbs sesame oil
1tsp black pepper
8-9clove garlic
3lb beef short rib or pork

Mix and marinate meat

Grill

I will say that I do stretch this for more than 3lbs of meat pretty often.

Add some honey, sugar, or maple syrup, smashed and grated lemongrass, some white pepper and you're good to go.

Bibigo is a decent Korean BBQ sauce. They have both regular and spicy.
