They are building a new one on Florida Blvd. and I was wondering what kind of grocery store it is.
Maybe compared to a Winn-Dixie or Albertsons?

Not as big as a Winn-Dixie or AB.
Kick arse deli tho.

It's like a Winn-Dixie. Good produce and meat at reasonable prices. Lots of good sale items. They're an AG store. Nothing fancy.

If they let it get to the condition of the one they just closed at Drusilla, stay far far away. Questionable meat and produce and the place just felt dirty.

I shop at the one on Jones Creek sometimes. The family that owns the chain (Crifasi) are good people. I try to support them as much as I can as opposed to the WalMarks of the world.

It's an AG supermarket like LeBlanc's, Matherne's, Bet-R and the like. The deli has good breakfast and lunch. The one on Drusilla had become a bit grimy. I occasionally shop at the one on Jones Creek -- no complaints.

Select grade beef. Same as walmart.

I believe they will fit in well at Broadmoor. That shopping center and that area needs that.

Yeah, it's simply a local grocery chain owned by nice enough people, but yeah, the Drusilla location had gone downhill. I find the Jones Creek location questionable as well, because as a vendor, myself and other who work for other vendor companies have pulled MASSIVE amounts of out of date items from Jones Creek store. Like I pulled 4 shopping carts of a flour i repped at the time, which was every single one of my brand all gone bad. Winbourne location is only one worth a damn in my opinion, with a really good manager there, Mike. Hope they run the new one well, but for me, I'm just happy LeBlancs is taking over Drusilla store. Those people are VERY good at maintaining a great store.

The one's I've been in have all been dirty with terrible produce. A step up from Wal-Mart and Pigglie Wigglie, but a step down from Winn-Dixie, Albertson's, and literally every other more local grocer (Leblanc's, Rouses, Mathern's, AG, ect). Hopefully, this one will be cleaner and better run. That neighborhood needs a good grocery store badly.
