Bump-
Has anything changed on the Bastrop culinary scene? We are going to get more deer stands. Last time we ate at the restaurant in the store and it was ok. We would prefer a wet lunch however..

The Italian place mentioned is probably your best option. It does have a pretty good bar and I enjoyed the food the one time I ate there.

You could make a short trip south to Sterlington to eat clawdaddys, fish house, or bbq pit. Not very far from bastrop

Taco Bandito came and went, a little strip mall Pizza Hut was added and the Italian place changed names. Everything else is still accurate
