Have not looked for this year but in past years

Believe it or not, Cracker Barrel does a really good traditional Thanksgiving meal. The old folks love it.

I have heard that the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza does a pretty good job on those sorts of holiday meals. Here is info I found on Facebook. Reservations are recommended.

That is awesome of you to offer, and if it was possible, I'd be glad to take you up on it. Unfortunately, she can't ride in a car that long. Even riding out to my place outside Clinton is too much,unfortunately. She's got serious pain issues with degenerative disc in her neck and can't handle the trauma anymore of long excursions.

Marketplace Buffet at Paragon Casino, Marksville. Good food, good price, nice ride.

Good on you taking your mom out. She will treasure it.
