Awesome recipe on Deadliest catch the other night: the Crusteakon!

1. Thinly slice a ribeye along the horizontal axis.
2. Place a huge pile of crabmeat in the middle of a slice.
3. Roll up the steak like a burrito.
4. Wrap the steak/crab burrito in bacon.
5. Coat the whole thing in brown sugar.
6. Bake at 350F until done

Use toothpicks to hold it together.

This sounds like an appetizer that I would buy every time I had the chance.

To be honest, I can think of many different ways I would rather eat crab meat and ribeye than this recipe.

No acidity, one note taste. Sounds pretty awful to me.

So you wouldn't eat the steak grilled by itself?

So squeeze a little bit of lemon on the crabmeat.

Grilled this up on my last night in Destin..

I sauteed the crabmeat in wine-butter and then put it together.
