1. Thinly slice a ribeye along the horizontal axis.
2. Place a huge pile of crabmeat in the middle of a slice.
3. Roll up the steak like a burrito.
4. Wrap the steak/crab burrito in bacon.
5. Coat the whole thing in brown sugar.
6. Bake at 350F until done
Use toothpicks to hold it together.
This sounds like an appetizer that I would buy every time I had the chance.

To be honest, I can think of many different ways I would rather eat crab meat and ribeye than this recipe.

No acidity, one note taste. Sounds pretty awful to me.

I love that I live in a time when we can be snobby about how steak and crab are eaten.

So you wouldn't eat the steak grilled by itself?
So squeeze a little bit of lemon on the crabmeat.

I'll probably try both and test which is better.

Grilled this up on my last night in Destin..
I sauteed the crabmeat in wine-butter and then put it together.
