These are fruit and vegetables supplements. I eat like shite, but I’m about 180lbs. I’ve taken a look at these and utilized several discount add ons to bring the price down.
My question is, is there comparable products that you don’t have to pay out the arse? It seems there is

Just wondering people’s thoughts, especially doctors or people in that field

Our work suggests that to improve their nutrition and health, consumers should be getting antioxidants from a diverse diet and not from expensive nutritional supplements, which do not contain the balanced combination of phytochemicals found in fruit and vegetables and other whole foods
No real shortcuts. Just make a point to add some fruit and vegetables to your diet and save the money.

I actually found something cheaper and somewhat the same.
Pure Nature Kara MD
Green powder seems to be the best bet for people that don’t eat vegetables. The fruit/vegetable supplements before are way too expensive. Pure Nature is more reasonable

Not to mention real food tastes better, is satisfying to eat, and helps with hunger. Popping capsules does none of that.

Yea, but I don’t eat nearly any fruit or vegetables. I will try it out for a month or two and let you know what I get. There are a few that seem to be near the top of every list. I’m getting discounts with coupon add ons like Honey, BeFrugal, Coupert, Retailmenot, Rakuten, coupon cabin etc. if anyone knows any others let me know. I have an Amazon one too. You can actually get money back through the services if you use them. I ended up buying a bunch of books too

Most aren’t capsules. It’s powder you mix with water

It's not. At least, not something that looks like it comes straight out of a MLM scheme.
Have a V8, or be a grown up and learn to eat fruit and vegetables.
