I worked as an assistant sushi chef for two years.
We made something similar that was fairly popular that I call cayenne aioli.
The Itamae was hell bent on tradition so we made everything from raw materials.
We made this sauce in a suribachi with a surikogi (Japanese mortar and pestle) every two days.
The shortcut would be to use mayonnaise (Kewpie if you can find it) and add:
minced garlic
rice wine vinegar
salt
hon dashi
sugar
sesame oil
cayenne pepper
I guess you could sub in sriracha and sweet thai chili sauce, but you would need to remove the sugar and cayenne and maybe the vinegar. Good luck!
I can post the original recipe if you feel like making mayonnaise...
