Smoke Bayou - Located right off Jefferson on Inniswood. It appears to be an old house they turned into a BBQ smokehouse.

Here is their Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063737854696

Prices were steep but expected for decent BBQ.

Ribs - This was my favorite item that I tried. They had a great bark, just enough pull but not falling off the bone, and the flavor was mild with a hint of sweetness.
Chicken Quarter - Another solid option. This was one of the best barks I've seen on a leg quarter. Meat was juicy and had great smoke flavor but not too much.
Brisket - It is different than normal brisket. There is a noticeable garlic flavor and they seasoning each slice of brisket after slicing it with more seasoning. I didn't care for that too much because all I could taste was garlic and seasoning. I wanted to get a good mouthful of smokey brisket. It was falling apart though. They got spot on with tenderness.
Sausage - I thought the sausage was excellent in flavor. It reminded me of a green onion sausage. My only complaint was that the casing was too tight and it was hair too dry.

For sides, I got Beer Battered Onion Rings and Mac and Cheese. Didnt care for the beer battered onion rings but the mac and cheese was excellent!

Overall, I highly recommend to go try this place out. Some of the best ribs I've had in a long time.

It is enough food that you can eat on a single plate for 2 days but that was my peeve as well.

I noticed that as well. It was something I wasn't expecting and never heard of before, but I did enjoy it.

The prices on their square site look a little different than when I went in person but I believe a 2 meat plate with 2 sides was around $28-30. Again, not bad because you get so much food but it depends if you want the leftovers or not. Their rib meat burrito was awesome

Their ribs are top notch

I enjoyed their brisket.

Best side order they have is definitely the smoked cabbage.

They aren’t cheap but the portions are generous. Their 2 meat plate can easily be split between 2 adults. If you want good bbq you are gonna pay for it so I don’t mind.
