Baton Rouge Fine Dining

I am looking for some advice on fine dining options in Baton Rouge. I had planned to spend Friday night in the FQ with my wife for our anniversary and her birthday, but that isn't looking like it's going to happen with the current state of New Orleans.
What are some options in Baton Rouge? I am not familiar at all with restaurants there.

I have no idea if Maison Lacour is open during covid, but that is usually this board's #1 anniversary type recommendation. Its a small French restaurant.
From there, you kinda teeter into not exactly "fine" dining but still plenty good. Gino's food is still as excellent as ever, though if its not busy you kinda notice the place itself could use some updates.
Ruffino's food is hit or miss, but mostly hit and the atmosphere is very celebratory.
French Market Bistro never gets mentioned, but I think the food is fantastic and it has a decent atmosphere.

Handful of places not mentioned yet:
Cocha (especially if y’all like wine)
Roberto’s River Road
Louisiana Lagniappe
Pinetta’s (more like a romantic hole in the wall, but still great)

Gino's
The casual dining scene is much better than fine dining in BR
We always head to New Orleans for fine dining if I'm going to spend that kind of money

It's not super fine but Palermo is very underrated.
Wife and I love to go. Last time we went thru forgot to bring out a side salad but charged us. No big deal, they took it off and gave us $50 gift card for the trouble.
The food is outstanding too.

If Lattil's Landing at Houmas House is open, it is fine dining and they have rooms to rent so you can stay the night.
