Kartchner's smoked boudin links and Billy's boudin balls. Best Stop smoked boudin is really good as well but can be a bit spicy at times.

All of the ones in Scott, Best Stop is the better, However Bourque’s on Johnston is right there with them

My preferences for smoked boudin:
1 - Kartchners
1A - Billy's
1B - Best Stop
Best advice as others have noted, go to I-10 Exit 97. Kartchners and Best Stop are to the north. Billy's and Don's to the south.
It's really an amazing food stop.

My choice is off Hwy 90, Billeaud Grocery. Then head over to Parrish.

I like all of the “good” spots, but I’m not super picky.
I think Johnson’s might be my favorite, but it’s also closer to my house than exit 97
We do have a Bourque’s and Kartchner’s in town now though.

I'll give another vote for Johnson's on St. John Street. I do love boudin from Kartchner's, Nunu's and Bourque's, but Johnson's is my absolute favorite.

Finally someone with a palate.
Best Stop is my favorite in Scott but it was better before they expanded. Billy's and Kartchners are in second place. Don's is terrible. Nunu's is quite good as well.

Damn good list. The Scott ones are good but I prefer these personally
